Dr. Perisuo Dema is the Managing Partner of Petromine Advisory, an independent legal and tax policy consultancy firm with specialisation on the petroleum and mining sectors.

 

Dema demonstrated his expertise in the extractive sector during his tenure as the Assistant Director, Tax Policy at the Federal Inland Revenue Service of Nigeria. He has also worked as Head of Tax Policy and Associate Director at EY’s Nigeria Office.

Dr. Dema was educated at University of Aberdeen in Scotland where he earned a PhD in Petroleum Law and earlier graduated with a Master of Laws in the same university.

Dr. Dema is also currently engaged as the Lead Consultant in the advisory of the Nigerian House of Representatives on gaps in the administration of petroleum production sharing contracts in Nigeria.
