Patrícia Rosário is a qualified Portuguese lawyer
She has professional expertise in international contract management and international arbitration. Her experience also includes structuring investments in Africa and Europe. Patrícia has acted for international developers, employers and contractors in some of the largest and most complex building and engineering projects undertaken in Europe and Africa and was involved in legislative drafting and public affairs advice.
She has published extensively in academic journals and publications, most notably she is co-author of the Angola chapter of African Upstream Oil and Gas: a Practical Guide to the Law and Regulation (2013); “Oil & Gas – Gestão e Negócios em Angola”, Oil & Gas Angola Magazine (November 2015); Working with Joint Operating Agreements in Civil Law Jurisdictions: Angola, Portugal, in Joint Operating Agreements – Challenges and Concerns From Civil Law Jurisdictions, Kluwer Law International (July 2015), Chapter 1 (Angola), in African Upstream Oil and Gas: A Practical Guide to the Law and Regulation, Globe Law and Business Publishing (February 2015)
